Hatha Yoga with Amanda Mack

Description: This class series will focus on flexibility, core strength, postural alignment, breathing, relaxation and awareness building. Modifications through the use of props will be offered for students at all levels. Students should have at least 3-6 months of yoga experience and be healthy, relatively fit and without injury. Recommended props include a yoga mat, a chair and a firm blanket. Two yoga blocks and a strap or belt would also be helpful.

Yoga Book Club
Meeting online, generally the 2nd Sunday of the month, at 2:00pm. Past discussions have included yoga philosophy, a pictorial yoga book, films, and other books and readings related to yoga or living a whole-hearted life.
